The company dates back to the year 1978, in which Mr. Kazimierz Luberda started his business venture.

In the early days, it was a one-man business venture employing two workers. Its main scope of business activity was the manufacturing of gutters and roofwork services. In 1994, from tinsmithing & roofing shop the company was turned into a civil partnership, initially, a two person partnership. Over the next two years, two more persons entered into the partnership. In that form, the activity was conducted until December of 2003.
The period from 1994 marks a time of rapid company development. The company started production of roofing sheets and façade sheets. During that period, the company's leading products were being produced at two plants, i.e. in Białka and Skawica. At that time, substantial investments were made in the purchases of machinery & equipment, as well as in the means of transport.
The assumed business strategy - in the early days of company activity - was focused on the selling of products through own sales outlets. Increased production volume forced the company to seek new sales markets, i.e. in the region of Dolny Śląsk, and in Łódzkie and Świętokrzyskie voivodeships. At the same time, the company initiated a long-term cooperation with leading wholesalers from the construction sector.
The company's rapid development made it transform, once again, this time into a general partnership, which existed until October of 2005. Since November 2005, the company has got the status of a limited liability company.
The last two years come as a period of even more dynamic changes. The strategic decisions taken in investments made possible the starting of a new production plant along with administration/office building in Białka, in 2007.
The recently effected organizational changes contributed to the raising of production capacity, brought about improved quality of manufactured products and of customer service.

The purchasing of new production lines made possible the broadening of the assortment of produced goods.
At present, the company has got 16 sales outlets located on the territory of the central and southern voivodeships, and it employs 105 workers
